Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Gorbanesul platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Use of Services

Gorbanesul provides an online learning platform offering courses, quizzes, interactive assignments, and educational content focused on AR/VR user experience design and related topics.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Account Registration

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, and functionality available through Gorbanesul, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, courses, quizzes, and software, are owned by Gorbanesul or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform, except as follows:

  • Your browser may temporarily cache copies of materials for display purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial use
  • You may share your own user-generated content as permitted by the platform

User-Generated Content

Our platform may allow you to submit content, including answers to quizzes, comments, forum posts, and other materials.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Gorbanesul a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with operating and providing our services.

Content Standards

You represent that all content you submit complies with applicable laws and does not:

  • Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
  • Promote discrimination, harassment, or violence
  • Contain false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any user content for any reason at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course, you receive access to course materials for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Access may be limited by time period or other conditions communicated during enrollment.

Course Completion

Completion certificates or credentials may be awarded upon satisfactory completion of course requirements. Gorbanesul reserves the right to determine completion standards and requirements.

No Academic Credit

Unless explicitly stated, courses offered through Gorbanesul do not carry academic credit from accredited educational institutions. Any certificates or credentials represent completion of Gorbanesul courses only.

Payment Terms

Certain features, courses, or services may require payment. All fees are stated in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.

Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize Gorbanesul to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Refunds

Refund policies, if any, are specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Gorbanesul. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Gorbanesul does not warrant that:

  • The services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from use of the services will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, information, or materials obtained through the platform will meet your expectations
  • Any errors in the platform will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorbanesul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Any content obtained from the services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gorbanesul and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice through the platform or via email.

Your continued use of the services after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the services.
